A paid subscription is required. The download is free; using the app requires a monthly or yearly subscription. Your support deserves a great workspace. nextio.desk is your Zammad client for Mac, iPhone and iPad. Read requests, update tickets and record the next step directly in the conversation. Supported Zammad versions: 7.0.x to 7.2.x To work with your own tickets, you need a reachable Zammad server with a valid HTTPS connection, a personal agent account and API authentication permitted by the server using a username and password or personal API token. A Zammad server is not included in the app subscription. FROM OVERVIEW TO RESOLVED TICKET • Find requests using overviews, filters and search. • Read conversations and open attachments. • Create tickets, add public notes or internal notes, and attach files. • Change status, priority and assignment within your Zammad permissions. • Keep track of your support work with the dashboard. • Switch between ticket tables and cards on larger screens. • Use the Knowledge Base on Mac, iPhone and iPad: categories, article search and content according to your server permissions. YOUR SERVER. YOUR CREDENTIALS. Connect to your own or hosted Zammad server. Sign in with your username or email and password, or use a personal API token. Your server must allow the selected sign-in method. With “Stay signed in”, the app saves your credentials in Keychain; otherwise they remain available only for the current app session. No additional nextio account is required. ONE SUBSCRIPTION FOR MAC, IPHONE AND IPAD The download is free. Working with your Zammad server requires a subscription. It renews automatically unless you cancel it. Available offers and terms are shown before purchase. Downloading the app alone does not start a subscription. Eligible new subscribers can try it free for one month. Afterwards, the selected monthly or annual subscription renews for a fee unless cancelled. The free month is available once per subscription group. The term and price shown in Apple’s purchase dialog are binding. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple subscriptions. One purchase works on Mac, iPhone and iPad with the same Apple Account. If it is not recognized, open “Menu → App settings → Purchases & subscription” and choose “Restore existing purchase”. REQUIREMENTS Your Zammad roles, group permissions and token permissions determine access. nextio.desk does not extend these rights. Custom extensions and arbitrary dynamic Core Workflows are not universally supported.
