Fetaya Customers

Fetaya Customers is the app of A. Fetaya Electrics for the company's business customers. It shows your business account as it appears in A. Fetaya's system, on your iPhone. The app's interface is in Hebrew. Overview • Business details, account balance, and the contact details of your A. Fetaya representative and the office. • Your latest documents at a glance. Documents • Tax invoices, consolidated invoices, unbilled delivery notes and returns, grouped by type. • Search, a date-range filter and the status of each document. • Document details: lines with search, the delivery notes of a consolidated invoice, related documents and orders. • View a document's PDF files inside the app, and save or share them. Account statement (for users with the finance permission) • Balance, a statement for any date range and open items, with totals and a running balance. • Export the reports as PDF or Excel and share them. More • Switch between businesses if your user belongs to more than one. • My devices: the devices signed in to your account, with sign-out per device. • Data deletion request and privacy policy. Sign-in and security • Sign in with your mobile number and a one-time SMS code. There is no self sign-up: A. Fetaya grants access to existing customers by the mobile number on record. • Quick unlock with Face ID or the device passcode, and an automatic lock after time in the background. • Recent data stays on the device, so it opens without reception, marked with the time it was updated. The app is view-only: no purchases, no payments and no changes to documents or prices. For questions about your account, contact your A. Fetaya representative or the office.
