About
Addish doesn't ask what to cut. It asks: what can I add to what I'm already eating, so it keeps me full longer? Usually the answer is protein, fiber or healthy fat. Keep the nuggets, the toast, the chocolate. Add one easy thing, add two if you like, or add nothing. If the plate already has what it needs, Addish says "Plate's set." Stopping there is fine. HOW IT WORKS • Type it, snap it, or drag it onto your plate. The scan shows what it spotted; fix anything it got wrong. • One easy idea sits on top, with what it brings: "Egg on toast. Protein and healthy fat on top of the crunch." Tap "Add egg" and the next idea moves up until the plate is complete; then it says "Plate's set." Stop at one, or keep going. Below: more ideas. • Adjust: where you are, how hungry (A little, Hungry, Starving), sweet or savory, no stove. • "Add" or "Enjoy": both are fine. WHEREVER YOU ARE • Eating out? Scan or paste the menu, or type the restaurant: the Menu Helper picks a few dishes: keep one as it is, or add one easy thing. • Playbooks in Discover for restaurants and the road work offline, with a sentence to say when you order. • Kids' leftovers: their plate becomes your lunch. • Craving? Chocolate stays chocolate; Addish suggests a friend for it, like a pear. PLATES Every plate you enjoy lands in Plates, next to the ones you bookmarked. MADE FOR THE WAY YOU EAT Vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, nut-free, no pork, no fish or seafood; pescatarian and halal in Settings. Ideas follow your choices; they are not an allergy check. YOUR HUNGER, IN WORDS On You, pick a word: Still hungry, Just right or Very full. Addish writes your hunger weather in plain words. No chart, no grade. "What I remember" shows what Addish keeps in mind; tap × to remove anything. WHAT NEVER HAPPENS HERE No counting. No weigh-ins. No streaks. No judgment. EXAMPLES, IF YOU WANT THEM Stuck? Discover has everyday plates for breakfast to dinner, snacks and the kids, each with a short recipe. Examples, not a meal plan: the same question works with food you already eat. With AI help on, "Recipe for this plate" writes one for your plate. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No sign-up. When you open it, Addish creates an anonymous guest ID so free tries and Premium work. Before your photos, text or plates go to our server and an AI service, Addish asks once; change your mind anytime in Settings. With your OK, your plates, check-ins and food preferences are also saved there under that ID; delete them anytime in Settings. Photo scans, the Menu Helper and AI plate ideas need a connection. Typing and the built-in guide work offline. We don't keep your photos. No ads, no tracking. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: typing your plate, cravings, every playbook, hunger check-ins, Discover, and a few free plate scans and three free Menu Helper tries.
