About
MarkToCard turns your lecture files into flashcards, and you decide what matters. Most AI flashcard apps take a whole PDF and hand you hundreds of cards. MarkToCard starts from what you marked: highlight the important lines or pick the pages, and the AI writes short, one-idea cards from those parts. You swipe through them (keep, edit or delete) and only the cards you keep go into your study queue. HOW IT WORKS • Add a file: PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), text, or photos of your notes • Mark: highlighter marks already in your PDF are found for you, or pick pages, or draw a box around a section • Generate: short question-and-answer and fill-in-the-blank cards, each linked to its source page • Review: swipe right to keep, left to delete, or edit • Study: spaced repetition brings each card back just before you would forget it MADE FOR EXAMS • Past exam papers: printed questions become cards, and answers come only from the answer key. MarkToCard does not guess. • Every card shows its source page, so you can check it against your notes • Library: keep lecture files in folders and search them, scanned pages included (text recognition runs on your device) • Print cards to A4, A5 or Letter PDF • Import Anki decks (.apkg) YOUR KEY, YOUR DATA MarkToCard uses your own AI key. A free Google Gemini key works, and the app shows you how to get one. OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter and compatible endpoints work too. • No account, no ads, no analytics • Your decks and files stay on your device • Only the pages you generate from are sent, and only to the AI provider you picked Google's free Gemini tier has daily limits, and Google may use content sent with a free key to improve its models. When a limit stops a file, finished cards are kept; tap Continue later to finish the rest. Languages: English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português.Read more
