LandLedger: Jobs Near You

Need something done? Looking for work? LandLedger puts both on one map. Post a job in under a minute, see who bids, and pay only when the work is done. Find gigs near you, name your price, and get paid through Stripe. HOW IT WORKS 1. Job Creators post a job: pick what you need (home fixes, cleaning, delivery, errands, events), set a budget, add a photo. 2. Workers browse jobs on the map and send a bid with their price. 3. Choose your Worker and pay. Your payment is held in escrow, not sent yet. 4. When the work is done, approve it and the Worker is paid. WORK FOR EVERYONE Home fixes and repairs. Cleaning. Delivery and moving help. Errands, pet care, tutoring and tech help. Events: DJs, bartenders, servers, photographers, setup crews. Whatever you need, there is a worker near you. BUILT ON TRUST - Payment held until you approve: Workers get paid when the job is done, and Job Creators aren't out of pocket for work that never happens. - Full refund if you cancel before the Worker submits proof, or if the Worker backs out. - Disputes: report an issue and LandLedger reviews the job before any money moves. - "ID verified by Stripe" badge on Workers who complete Stripe's identity and bank checks. - Privacy by design: other people see only an approximate area for a job. Exact locations and phone numbers are shared only with the person you hire. - Fair prices: see typical rates and how they are trending for the kind of work you are posting or bidding on. FOR WORKERS Find paid work close to home, choose the jobs you want, set your own price, and get paid straight to your bank through Stripe. FOR JOB CREATORS Get quotes from real people nearby, compare bids, and hire with confidence. LandLedger is a marketplace. Workers are independent, and LandLedger does not run background checks. Use good judgment and stay safe. Available in the United States. Questions? info@getlandledger.com
