About
Zupzi Math Tutor teaches the way a good tutor does: it shows first, then asks, then steps in when a mistake happens. A SHORT QUIZ, THEN THE RIGHT PLACE TO START Up to eight questions find where your child is. From there the map of islands follows the U.S. math standards for kindergarten through 5th grade: 158 skills, one at a time. WATCH ME FIRST Every new skill opens with a worked example, spoken by Lilo, with the model on screen: ten frames, number lines, pizza slices, area models, clocks, coins. A red HELP button on every problem brings the lesson back, step by step, and after a miss Lilo points to it. HANDS ON THE MATH Build the number, split the boxes, share the pizza, balance the scale, set the clock. Counting, place value, addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, fractions, decimals, measurement, time, money, geometry. COINS, EGGS AND NUMBLINGS Right answers earn coins and fill an egg; when it hatches, a new Numbling joins the team. No ads, no purchases, nothing to unlock. FOR THE GROWN-UPS Behind Face ID: which skills are mastered, which need a hand, when your child played and for how long. An e-mail on the evenings they play, the whole week on Sundays and the month on the 1st. Retake the placement quiz or choose the starting grade yourself. A small flag on every question lets the family report a wrong answer; a grown-up sends it from Help & feedback. A ZUPZI ACCOUNT The same family as Zupzi Play and Zupzi Art, or a new one in a minute. Pair your child's own iPad with a code; they pick their name and type their PIN. Learning Stars earned here appear in the family's Zupzi Play. The full progress stays on the device. With your consent, a summary goes to your family account for the report. Nothing is tracked, nothing is sold.Read more

Lilo has a brand-new voice: a warm American English voice for every lesson, hint and cheer. Fractions are now read the right way: "twenty-first", "fifty-seconds", "eighty-fifth".
