Dear Cosmos: Affirmations

Believe that what you want is on its way. Every day, stars in the sky above you light up just for you. Find one and receive the words the universe kept for you. Gift by gift, it gets easier to believe you deserve the life you want. WHY WE MADE DEAR COSMOS Manifestation and the law of attraction come down to one thing: believing that what you want is coming, and that you are worthy of it. The believing is the hard part. Scrolling through a list of affirmations can feel like homework, and a daily streak can feel like pressure. The words are right, yet part of you still doubts them. We wanted believing to feel natural, so we turned every affirmation into a gift. When you hold up your phone, you see the real sky above you right now, and every gift waits inside a star for you to find and receive. The wishes you write to the universe come back to you later, from a star. What you receive with your own hands is easier to believe was always yours. WHERE IT HELPS • When you doubt yourself: remember you were always worthy, and feel your confidence come back. • When you are waiting on a result: an exam, an interview, a reply that hasn't come yet. Settle in and trust that good news is on its way. • When you want more: more love, better chances, a more abundant life. Step into the version of you who already has it. • When something has ended: let the old go and make room for the new. • On a busy day: a minute or two under the stars, and calm comes back. WHY MANIFESTING HELPS What you tell yourself again and again slowly becomes how you see yourself. Psychology research points the same way: writing about your best possible self as if it has already happened lifts mood and well-being (King, 2001), and talking to yourself as "you" or by your own name helps you stay steady under stress (Kross et al., 2014; Moser et al., 2017). Every gift in Dear Cosmos is written this way: from the place where you already have what you want, in your own voice. HOW IT WORKS • Find your star: hold up your phone to look around the night sky, follow gentle haptics to a glowing star, and stay with it to receive its gift. You can also drag and pinch. • Write to the universe: send a wish, a thank you or a kind word to yourself into the sky. One day soon, it returns to you as a gift. • Letters from the stars: turn on notifications and the stars write to you, even when the app is closed. • Keep what you love: every gift stays in your inbox. Favourite it, share it as an image card, or keep it on your Home Screen with a widget. • Tell the sky what matters: share what has been on your mind lately, and your first stars answer it. No account needed. Your wishes and gifts stay on your device, and exploring the sky works offline. Dear Cosmos is for personal reflection and inspiration.
