AgotaSoft QR Personel

AgotaSoft QR Personel is for waiters, cashiers, kitchen staff and managers at cafés and restaurants that use AgotaSoft QR Menü. Your business creates your account in the web management panel; there is no sign-up in the app. FLOOR • Live table view: free, occupied, bill requested; markers for service requests and orders awaiting approval • Tap a table to see its orders, add an order or open the bill TAKING ORDERS • Fast ordering by category, item, options, notes and courses • If the internet drops, orders are queued on the device and sent without duplicates when the connection returns APPROVALS • Approve or reject orders guests place by QR code • See waiter, water and bill requests and mark them as handled KITCHEN DISPLAY (KDS) • Choose a station, see order tickets and tap items to mark them preparing or ready • Colours by waiting time; landscape layout on tablets CHECKOUT • Bills: take payments (cash, card terminal, meal card, gift voucher), apply discounts and complimentary items, split by item or equally, merge and close • Print receipts (with the Print Agent and an ESC/POS printer at the business) • Open and close cash shifts with expected cash REPORTS • End-of-day summary for managers: sales, payment types and orders Screens depend on your role: waiter, cashier, kitchen, manager or owner. The app's interface is in Turkish. Menus, tables, users and settings are managed in the web management panel.
