About
Check how crowded a place will be before you go. Bumbilkka shows a 30-day crowd forecast for tourist spots across South Korea. It is built on open tourism data published by the Korea Tourism Organization, refreshed once every morning, so you can pick a day when fewer people are there. [ Main features ] 30-day calendar - Every place opens as a calendar of the next 30 days. - Weekdays line up in columns, so busy weekends stand out at a glance. - The calmest day within the month is called out for you. - Even for places that are always busy, you see how the day ranks among that place's own 30 days. Try these instead - When the day you picked looks crowded, the app suggests calmer places in the same province for that exact day. - It looks in the same district first and favours places people actually visit on the same trip. - Where coordinates are known it shows the distance, and skips places too far away. Off the beaten path - Calm places in districts the Ministry of the Interior and Safety lists as population-declining. - Find somewhere quieter and help a region that needs visitors. Today and the weekend - See places forecast to draw the fewest visitors today, and the busy ones. - Switch to the upcoming weekend with one tap. Browse by region - Pick a province and a district, then sort places by how calm they are. - See the districts weekday visitor pattern from the last four weeks. Events - Festivals running now and starting within 45 days. - Check how crowded the surrounding area is at the same time. Saved places and reminders - Save the places you visit often and see them on the home screen. - Get a daily notification with that days level for your saved places. [ About the data ] - Source: Korea Tourism Organization open data (TourAPI / Korea Tourism Data Lab) and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety population-declining area list - Updated once a day, around 06:00 KST - The crowd index is a machine-learned estimate from mobile-network visit patterns. It is not a live headcount and can differ from what you find on site. - A level compares a place with its own 30 days, not with other places, and it is not a visitor count. "Peak" means that place is at its own busiest stretch, not that it is crowded in absolute terms. [ Good to know ] - No sign-up. - No location permission. - Saved places and settings stay on your device. - Free, with ads. Contact: hasegi.cs@gmail.comRead more
