About

LabSupply is the ordering app for medical laboratories in Egypt. Order reagents, chemicals and lab consumables from several suppliers in one place, see the price and the expiry date before you buy, and pay when the order reaches your lab. No more putting one order together from ten different places. Search once, and the same item from different suppliers appears side by side, cheapest first. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Compare suppliers: search once and see the same item from several suppliers, sorted from the lowest price. • Know what you are buying: every product shows its price, pack size, supplier and expiry date before you add it to the basket. Items within 14 days of their expiry date are never sold. • Order in a few taps: choose the item, set the quantity, review the basket and the delivery details, and send. • Pay on delivery: cash, mobile wallet or bank transfer when the order arrives. No card needed, and the app never asks for card details. • Track every order: follow it from "Order received" to "Confirmed", "Being prepared", "Out for delivery" and "Delivered", with an in-app notification at each step. Need to change or cancel? Message us on WhatsApp before preparation starts. • Lab to lab: have a kit you will not finish before it expires? Photograph the box and offer it to other labs. Our team reviews every listing before it goes live, buyers contact you directly by phone or WhatsApp, and LabSupply takes no commission. • Cannot find an item? Ask us to source it, straight from the search results. • Rate suppliers after delivery, and see each supplier's average rating. • Made for patchy signal: your basket stays on the phone when the connection drops, ready to send when it returns. • Arabic and English. WHO IT IS FOR LabSupply is for licensed medical laboratories in Egypt. Accounts are opened by a LabSupply sales representative together with your lab, or by our team. No representative yet? Send a join request from the sign-in screen and we will call you. Save time and money, and leave the sourcing to us. Support on WhatsApp: +20 102 567 9650Read more
