About

Add a clean frame to your photo with the camera, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed and ISO — read from the photo's own camera data (EXIF), right on your iPhone or iPad. Shotspec opens the ORIGINAL file, so the details your camera recorded are really there: pick a photo from your library or open a camera file from Files (JPG, HEIC, DNG and the camera RAW formats iOS can open). The frame is added AROUND the photo — your picture is never covered or cropped. • FIVE LAYOUTS — Bar (camera and lens on the left, settings on the right), Instant (a deep bottom border with a centred caption), Gallery (a thin even border with a small spaced caption), Minimal (one quiet line) and Film (a dark border with edge-print type and your own film-stock line). • YOUR STYLE — white, cream, gray, charcoal or black frames; automatic, dark, gray, white or amber text; light, regular or bold type; a border-size slider. • SOCIAL SHAPES — keep the original shape or reach 4:5, 1:1 or 9:16 by adding border, never by cropping. • PHOTOGRAPHER'S NOTATION — f/1.8, 1/250 s, 0.5 s, 30 s, ISO 400, 35 mm and the 35 mm equivalent for phones and crop sensors. Duplicated or corporate camera names are tidied. • FILL IN THE GAPS — anything the file doesn't carry stays hidden (never "0 mm"), and you can type your own camera, lens or settings, plus a custom line for a place, a film stock or your name. Show or hide the date taken. • KEEPS THE FILE — the saved photo is full resolution, keeps its camera data and color (sRGB or Display P3), and you choose whether its location data stays. JPG or HEIC. • PRIVATE — everything happens on your device. No account, no upload. Camera names are written as text; no camera-maker logos are added. A photo with no camera data (a screenshot, an edited copy) shows empty fields until you type the values. Picking a photo and previewing every layout and option are free. A one-time purchase unlocks saving and sharing the framed photo. Questions: overlapmarr@gmail.comRead more
