droneBeat

droneBeat is a private logbook for drone pilots. Log every flight, keep your aircraft and certificates organized, and get reminded before a registration or Part 107 recurrent training comes due. There's no account and no server: your records stay on your iPhone or iPad. LOG FLIGHTS IN SECONDS Enter the takeoff time and minutes flown, and droneBeat fills in your usual aircraft, purpose, and operating rule. Add a location name, drop a GPS pin, note max altitude, night operations, weather, and anything else worth remembering. Flights are grouped by month with hours for each, and you can search by location, aircraft, purpose, or notes. KNOW YOUR HOURS See total hours and flights at a glance, plus totals for this year, the last 12 months, and the last 90 days. Break your time down by aircraft, by purpose (real estate, inspection, mapping, events, and more), and by operating rule: Part 107, recreational, or public aircraft. STAY CURRENT Add your Remote Pilot Certificate and recurrent training, and droneBeat shows the date you're current through, using the 24-calendar-month rule. Track FAA registration expirations, waivers, and insurance too. Reminders arrive 60, 30, and 7 days ahead and on the day. YOUR FLEET IN ONE PLACE Keep a profile for each aircraft with its FAA registration number, Remote ID serial, serial number, and weight, and see its flights, hours, and last flight date. PRE-FLIGHT CHECKLIST Run the built-in pre-flight checklist before you launch. When every item is checked, log the flight and droneBeat notes that the checklist was completed. EXPORT Export your whole logbook as a CSV that opens in Numbers, Excel, or Google Sheets. DRONEBEAT PRO Pro adds: - Unlimited aircraft (the free version includes one) - Battery tracking with estimated charge cycles and the packs used on each flight - Maintenance log for props, firmware versions, calibrations, and repairs - Custom pre-flight checklists - PDF pilot report: your hours and flights by period, aircraft, and purpose, ready to send to a client, insurer, or employer - Private iCloud sync across your devices PRIVATE BY DESIGN droneBeat has no account, no analytics, and no ads. Location is read only when you tap to pin a flight. With Pro, sync runs through your own private iCloud database, which we can't access. droneBeat keeps records for your own use. It is not an official FAA record and is not affiliated with the FAA or any drone manufacturer. droneBeat Pro is an auto-renewing annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.
