About

Tokdak is a baby log you keep just by talking. Tap the record button and say it however it comes out, like ‘fed her 120 ml of formula’ or ‘just changed a wet nappy’, and Tokdak turns it into feed, nappy, sleep and medicine logs, right on your iPhone. Even at 3am with your baby in one arm. ■ Say it, and it's logged • Feeds (breastfeeding, formula, expressed milk), nappies (wees and poos, down to colour and consistency), naps and night-time sleep, medicine, temperature, symptoms, baths, even solids • Understands times like ‘10 minutes ago’ or ‘at 3am’ • Misheard? Fix it out loud: ‘delete that’ or ‘actually, 110’ • Recognises the names of common children's medicines for fevers and colds • Prefer buttons? Tap, pick the details and save ■ It tells you what's next • Learns your baby's rhythm and predicts the next feed • Reminders at every dose of a prescribed medicine, and at the times you choose for routines like vitamin D or bath time • Night-feed reminders go only to whoever's on night duty, and you can set quiet hours ■ Each day becomes a baby diary • Today's feeds, sleep and nappies come together as one diary page • It points out what changed, like ‘Longest sleep up 54 min’ • Add a photo and a one-line note, and day by day it grows into your baby's own diary ■ A report for the doctor when your baby is poorly • Temperature chart, symptom timeline, medicines given, plus feeds and nappies, all on one page • Show it on your screen at the appointment, or send it as a PDF • Flags warning signs straight away, like a temperature of 38°C or higher in a baby under 3 months ■ Today at a glance • A Today screen that maps sleep, feeds and nappies around a 24-hour clock • Stats for feed amounts, sleep time, wees and poos • Feed and sleep timers on your Lock Screen ■ Log it together • Invite your partner to see and add to the same records (via iCloud) • The timeline shows who logged what ■ Your records stay yours • Your voice becomes text right on your iPhone, and recordings are never saved • No sign-up, no ads, no tracking. Your records live only on your device and in your own iCloud Tokdak is not a medical device and does not replace diagnosis or treatment. If you're worried about your baby, speak to your GP, health visitor or another health professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number straight away. On devices that support Apple Intelligence, it also polishes the diary's wording and helps with sentences that are hard to make out. Voice logging and the diary work on other devices too.Read more
