Export a summary when your GP or specialist asks what changed. Medication Log a dose and Keel draws an estimated curve for the day: rising, peak, and wear-off. Timing starts from the medicine you take, then you can shift it to match your own day. The curve is an estimate to take into an appointment. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace shared care. Side effects Check in on appetite, sleep, mood, and whatever else shows up. After a few days, the trend sits next to the dose, which is easier to talk through than memory alone. Hyperfocus Keel can notice a long stretch in one app and ask whether you want a break. It uses Screen Time and motion on this iPhone. It does not read what you typed, watched, or wrote. Difficult moments A short journal for the spike. How big it feels, where you feel it, and what else might be true. After a few entries, Keel looks for a pattern with the time of day and your doses.
