Halo AI is a private AI assistant that runs entirely on your iPhone. Download a model once, then chat with no internet at all — on a plane, in the mountains, anywhere. What you type never leaves your phone: there is no account, no sign-in, no ads and no tracking. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Ask questions, brainstorm ideas and plan trips • Draft and rewrite messages, emails and notes • Summarise or explain text you paste in • Keep working in airplane mode once a model is downloaded CHOOSE YOUR MODEL • Qwen 2.5 0.5B — recommended for most phones • SmolLM 135M — the smallest, for low-memory phones • Qwen 2.5 1.5B — the best on-device quality Models are open-source and download from Hugging Face. Remove one any time to free space. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Chats run on the model on your phone. Nothing you type is sent to us or anyone else, and a chat is cleared when you start a new one or close the app. Good to know: small on-device models can be wrong and are strongest in English.
