Signalmont is the maintenance app for rental buildings whose property manager uses Signalmont. Residents report problems and follow them to the fix; building teams see every request, in order of what can least wait. FOR RESIDENTS • Report an issue in under a minute: pick what's wrong and where, add a few words and photos from your camera or library. • If it sounds like an emergency, such as a gas smell, flooding or no heat in winter, the app tells you right away who to call. • See who has your request, when to expect them and every update, and rate the work when it's done. • Book amenities, request a parking spot and read building notices in one place. FOR BUILDING TEAMS • One queue for every building you manage, ordered by severity and response deadline. • Each request arrives with a category and severity already set, and a safety check flags hazards first. You can change any call; the reason is kept. • Acknowledge, start, hold and resolve work from your phone, with the full history attached. • Log labour and materials against the job. HOW ACCOUNTS WORK Signalmont accounts come from an invitation by your property manager or building operator. Sign in with the email address your invitation went to: with a 6-digit code, a password, Google or Apple. PRIVACY Location and camera details are removed from photos before they are stored. You see only your own household's requests; staff see only the buildings they are assigned to. Signalmont is not an emergency service. For fire, a gas smell or anyone hurt, call 911 first.
