Track recorded purchases and sales without losing the original source. An allergen matrix brings together your ingredient declarations, review status, and cross-contact notes. Always verify supplier information and kitchen procedures before serving. OPTIONAL MONTHLY CAPTURE Kitchen Margin Capture unlocks new photo recognition for supplier invoices, sales reports, and recipe cards. Recognition runs on your device. Review a clear summary, resolve flagged details, and save the document in one step. Open the source and edit recognized values whenever needed; recognition can make mistakes. Manual ingredient and recipe costing, saved documents and reviews, the allergen matrix, and complete backup exports remain available without a subscription. A subscription does not add cloud sync or automatic backups. LOCAL BY DESIGN No app account is required. Your kitchen records and source photos stay on your device unless you choose to export them or include them in device backups. The developer operates no backend, advertising service, or analytics service for your kitchen data. Kitchen Margin Capture is an auto-renewing one-month subscription. Eligible US customers receive a 3-day free introductory trial, then $19.99 per month. Apple determines offer eligibility; one introductory offer is available per subscription group. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after the free trial, or at confirmation if you are not eligible.
