Zen Golf is a pre-shot meditation for golfers. Before each swing, take a short, quiet moment to settle your mind and focus on the one thing that matters. HOW IT WORKS • Write down the swing thoughts you want to remember, like "Slow backswing" or "Feel the clubhead". • Tap Start. One of your notes appears inside a softly glowing orb while a timer counts down. • When the meditation ends, scratch the card to reveal a surprise: an inspirational quote from legends of golf and sport, or a funny line to loosen you up before you tee off.
