VNR Record

VNR Record is a field tool for production operators bringing a well onto its operating mode after workover (VNR). It replaces the paper VNR record: fill in the data on your phone right at the well pad, get a ready Excel file in the company form and send it to the process engineer by email. Works fully offline — no internet is needed to fill in, calculate or save. This matters on remote oilfields with no signal. WHAT IT DOES • VNR record — well, pad, field, production shop, equipment (pump and motor size, tubing, casing), the engineer's task. • Measurement table — dynamic and static level, flowline, tubing-head and annulus pressure, pump intake pressure, current, voltage, insulation resistance, load, motor temperature, frequency. Cooling stops are recorded as separate rows. • Automatic calculations — reservoir inflow, minimum allowed frequency and fluid lift time to the wellhead. • Equipment lists — ESP and motor sizes, tubing and casing diameters, picked from a list or typed in. • Checks before export — missing data and inconsistencies are flagged: current above nominal, large gaps between measurements, negative inflow. • Excel in one tap — the .xlsx file opens in a mail draft with addresses, subject and text already filled in. You confirm the sending yourself. The file is also available in the Files app. • Archive — every record stays on the phone: open, continue, duplicate, resend or delete. • Meter flow test — note the meter reading, start the stopwatch, come back and enter the new reading; the app converts the rate to m³/day. The stopwatch survives closing the app, and an optional reminder buzzes every 10 minutes. • VNR handbook — key points of the operating procedure with search, offline. PRIVACY The app collects no data and sends nothing by itself. Everything you enter stays on your phone.
