SnagSlate: Punch List

Turn your walkthrough into a clear punch list with photos, responsibilities and next steps. SnagSlate helps contractors, remodelers, property managers and homeowners record site issues and share PDF reports from iPhone. Try one project with up to 10 issues free. Photos, markup, PDF, CSV and backups are included. Need more room? One optional lifetime Pro purchase unlocks unlimited projects and issues. No subscription. SHOW THE ISSUE CLEARLY Take or select up to six photos per issue. Add captions and mark up the detail so the recipient can see what needs attention. Keep wide views, close-ups and follow-up photos with the same issue. KEEP THE NEXT STEP WITH THE PHOTO Record the room, trade, assignee, due date, priority and notes. Track open, in-progress and resolved issues. Search your list and filter by status. Issue numbers stay fixed as the list grows. LEAVE WITH A REPORT Preview and share a Letter or A4 PDF with issue details and photos. Include every issue or only open and in-progress work. Add your company and inspector name. Export CSV for a spreadsheet. PDF and CSV exports are free. WORK LOCALLY, BACK UP YOUR RECORDS Create and edit your lists and generate reports offline. Projects and photos are stored on your device. No SnagSlate account, ads, analytics or cloud synchronization. Export a full backup with images, up to 128 MB per backup, to a location you choose. Import merges records and keeps existing records when IDs match. Keep backups for recovery or transfer. FREE TO TRY. MORE ROOM WITH PRO. Free includes one saved project and up to 10 issues. Deleting an issue or project frees its slot. Optional lifetime Pro removes project and issue limits; the six-photo limit per issue still applies. Apple shows your local price before purchase. Restore Pro with your Apple Account. Saved work remains editable and exportable if Pro is unavailable. SnagSlate organizes observations you enter. It does not diagnose defects, verify timestamps, certify compliance or replace a qualified inspection. Photo attachment time records when an image was added, not its original capture time. Review reports before sharing. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
