Relay: Private Space

Relay gives time a shape. A living neural architecture develops as days are carried. It is a research-grounded visual metaphor—not a scan, score or promise—and nothing already carried is erased after a lapse. Around it is a quiet set of optional tools: • A private journal for the words you want to keep • Simple craving, mood and sleep check-ins • A history that holds saved writing and check-ins together • A sourced Library with visible evidence grades • Safety information and a support directory • A readable Markdown export of everything Relay holds PRIVACY BY DESIGN Relay has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking or cloud sync. Your personal records stay on your iPhone and are excluded from iCloud device backup. Optional Face ID, Touch ID or passcode protection is available. You can export a copy or delete everything at any time. NO STREAKS TO PROTECT There are no points, badges, scores, notifications or mandatory check-ins. After a lapse, Relay says “Day 1 again” while keeping the lifetime total and the architecture already carried. Relay is not medical care, an emergency service or a measurement of an individual brain. Safety information is there to help someone recognise when professional support matters.
