Bazzaloo Forge Disail

Bazzaloo Forge Disail is the logbook every home and small-batch cheesemaker has been missing. Record every rind wash, brine soak, brandy rub, ash coating, and dry brushing against the exact affinage day it happened — then replay a winning treatment schedule onto your next wheel with a single tap. Keep every wheel in your cave organised with batch IDs, recipe links, and a visual timeline ribbon that plots your full treatment history at a glance. Scrub the playhead to any point in the aging calendar, review exactly what you applied, and track rind condition with a 1-to-5 score at every check. Attach photos to treatments and observations so you always have a visual record of the rind's evolution, day by day. When a wheel turns out exceptional, close it with a tasting grade and note, and Bazzaloo Forge Disail locks that timeline as a replayable reference. Choose any closed wheel as a seed for a new batch and every treatment pre-fills — editable and ready to refine, never reconstructed from memory or a crumpled notebook page. Compare multiple wheels of the same recipe side by side on a day-aligned canvas, spot which schedule produced your best result, and build a personal library of proven formulas. Everything stays on your device — no account, no cloud, no network required. Four starter recipes and six example wheels with full treatment histories ship on first launch so you can explore the full workflow immediately.
