About

CIDP changes over weeks and months, and a clinic visit only sees one day of it. CIDP Tracker is a simple daily log that shows how you're really doing between appointments, and how your symptoms move with your treatments. LOG YOUR DAY IN UNDER A MINUTE Score pain, fatigue, numbness, weakness and balance from 0 to 5, each level with a plain label from None to Very severe. Add stress, mood and a note if you like. TRACK YOUR TREATMENTS Log IVIg, SCIg, steroids and plasma exchange, with dose and timing. See which day of your treatment cycle you're on and, once you've logged two, when the next one is likely due. SEE THE PATTERN • A calendar where each symptom is a dot sized by how bad it was, always in the same spot, so it reads without relying on colour • Charts of your symptoms, sleep, stress and mood over the past 60 days or your whole history • Tap any day for the full picture INSIGHTS FROM YOUR OWN LOG Once there's enough to compare, CIDP Tracker points out what it sees, such as: • "Symptoms ease by about 40% in the week after a treatment." • "Fatigue usually takes about 21 days to come back after a treatment." • "Symptoms tend to be worse after less than 6 hours of sleep." Every insight shows the numbers behind it and stays quiet until there are enough days to compare. They're patterns in what you logged, not proof of a cause. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Sleep, steps and exercise minutes can come straight from the Health app, so there's nothing to type. Calories eaten can come from Health too, if your food diary saves them there. CIDP Tracker only reads from Health and never writes to it. Rather enter sleep yourself? You can. OPTIONAL LIFESTYLE TRACKING Log alcohol, nicotine or cannabis alongside your symptoms and see whether the next day tends to be different. Switch off anything you don't want in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no sign-up, no ads. Your log stays on your device. If you choose, you can share an anonymised copy of your log with CIDP researchers. Your name, location, notes and calendar dates are never included, and you can stop any time in Settings. Nothing is sent until a study begins. PLEASE NOTE CIDP Tracker is a personal log, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and the patterns it shows aren't medical advice. Talk to your neurologist before changing any treatment.Read more
