Crewstack

Crewstack is the app for crew, volunteers and team leads at events that run on the Crewstack platform: festivals, sports events, conferences and non-profit events. Your organiser sets you up. You sign in with the email address they have for you and get a login link or a 6-digit code by email. There is nothing to sign up for in the app. What you get as a crew member • News: event news and pinned posts from the organiser, with a filter for your own team's news. • Ticket: your pass with a QR code. Open it full screen at the entrance; the screen stays on while it is shown. Under Food & drinks you see the vouchers and products you have been given and how many are left. • Shifts: your upcoming and past shifts. Add them to your phone's calendar with one tap, as a subscription that keeps itself up to date. • Teams: your teams, team info, team leads with contact details and the list of team members. • Messages: read messages from your team lead and the organiser, reply, or write to a team lead directly. You get a push notification when a new message arrives. • FAQ: the answers that apply to your type of crew. For team leads and shift managers • Attendance: mark crew as shown or completed on the shift, add notes and search the list. If the network drops, changes are saved on the phone and synced when you are back online. For entrance staff • Scanner: check in tickets with the phone's camera or by typing the code. The app shows who the ticket belongs to, their access and add-ons, and warns if the ticket has already been checked in. Works when the network does not At a festival the network is not always there. Crewstack keeps what it has loaded, shows it while you are offline and tells you when the connection is back. Several events, one app Crew at more than one event? Add another event by scanning its app QR code or pasting its app link, and switch between events in the app. Languages: English, Danish and German. About Crewstack Crewstack, formerly Heap360, is a crew and accreditation system for events. It has been used since 2014 at Roskilde Festival, Copenhell, Heartland and Folkemødet, among more than 150 events. Developed in Denmark, data stored in the EU.
