Invoice Maker is built for sole traders, contractors and tradespeople who want to turn a job into a shareable PDF without accounts, bookkeeping software or a complicated setup. Set up your business details once, save client details for faster repeat work, and add itemised line items with quantities, prices, dates, notes and a single VAT or tax rate. Running totals are calculated as you work. Create both invoices and quotes (the app calls a quote an estimate). Turn a quote into an invoice when the job is approved, or duplicate a previous document to get a repeat job ready quickly. Preview a polished PDF and choose where to send it with your device's share sheet. Sharing does not change a document's status; mark an invoice sent or paid when you decide. See unpaid and overdue invoices at a glance so chasing payment stays simple. Your business profile, clients, documents and PDFs stay on your device. There are no accounts, ads or cloud sync. The app collects usage analytics: which screens you visit, an approximate location worked out from your internet connection, and screen recordings with text and images hidden. INVOICE MAKER PRO After setup, Invoice Maker needs an Invoice Maker Pro subscription. Choose yearly, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or monthly. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Restore purchases on a new device with the same Apple Account.
