About
2ACE is the app a tennis club runs on: the classes and private lessons your coaches teach, the courts members hire, attendance taken on court and the invoices that follow. Its assistant reads the club's own records. Ask it who hasn't paid this term, or have it write to a class when rain cancels tonight's session; it prepares the work and waits for your yes before anything is sent or changed. It asks your permission before it shares anything with the AI companies behind it, and you can switch it off from your account. A coach's day opens on the session about to start and the attendance still to take. If the signal drops halfway through, the marks stay on the phone and send themselves once it's back. The notes a coach dictates after a session reach the player's family when the coach sends them, and not before. In the office, the week's sessions, courts and coaches sit on one planning screen. A whole term is billed in one run, one invoice per family or per adult who pays, and what is still owed is listed by how late it is. A family sees each child's sessions, the notes the coach has sent and what they owe. An adult who plays sees their own week, books a court and sees their own invoices. Anyone can close their account from inside the app. Before you confirm, it lists what will be deleted and what the club keeps. Your club holds the account and decides who sees what. Children don't sign up or sign in on their own; a parent holds the account. There are no ads, and nothing tracks you across other apps or websites.Read more
