empuno brings time and attendance, leave tracking, payroll, expenses and equipment together in one HR app, built for Turkish labor law and KVKK (Turkey's data protection law). Employees handle everyday HR tasks from their phone; managers approve requests without delay. SET UP YOUR COMPANY IN THE APP • Create your company account from your phone in minutes. • Choose a 5, 10, 20 or 50 user license plan to match your team, and upgrade as you grow. • Each license includes 25 AI credits per month (5 licenses: 125, 10: 250, 20: 500, 50: 1,250 credits/month). Every AI action — reading receipts, invoices, IDs, documents and equipment photos, CV analysis — uses 1 credit; credits renew monthly and unused credits do not roll over. • Invite your employees; everyone signs in with their own account. QR TIME CLOCK • Employees clock in and out in seconds by scanning the QR code at the workplace. • The QR code refreshes at short intervals, so an old screenshot can't be reused to clock in. • No extra hardware: turn a tablet or phone into a time clock terminal. • Daily hours, late arrivals and overtime at a glance. LEAVE MANAGEMENT • Request annual, casual, sick and other leave types in a few taps. • Annual leave entitlement is calculated by seniority under Turkish labor law. • Remaining balance, approval status and leave history on one screen. • Managers approve or reject pending requests from their phone. PERSONNEL FILE AND DOCUMENTS • Scan your ID with your phone and let the details fill in automatically. • Share personnel documents securely and request visa support letters from the app. PRIVACY AND SECURITY • Your data is processed in line with KVKK. • Location is captured only at the moment of clock-in or clock-out; there is no background tracking. • The camera is used only for QR scans and document scans you start. • Session data is stored in your device's secure storage.
