About
Lifesaver Doodle is a homework record for one family, kept on this phone. Each child has their own subjects, assignments, repeating work, and summaries. Add a child with a name, grade, school, school year, and a color. Switch children anytime. One child’s subjects and homework never appear on another. Name each subject yourself and give it a color. A weekly goal is optional: a number of finished items, or minutes studied. Log work from the teacher or from you. Mark it written, oral, or hands-on. Set the start and the due time to the minute. A reminder can fire 60 minutes before the due time, at 7:30 that morning, or not at all. The calendar shows the assignment on every day from the start date through the due date. Today lists what is still open and what is overdue. Search by title, and filter by status, source, or subject. Check in once. Choose all done or partly done, enter the minutes, and write what was done. Add up to three photos: take one with the camera, or choose one from your photo library. You can save a copy back to Photos. Score the work from 0 to 100 and add a comment. The grade follows the score: 90–100 Excellent, 80–89 Good, 60–79 Pass, 0–59 Needs work. Work with no score has no grade and is left out of the average. If it needs a correction, say what to redo and set a deadline. After the correction is checked in, the score can be changed once. The grade is recalculated from the new score. A weekly rule creates an ordinary assignment on each chosen day. Editing one day does not change the rule or the other days. Turning the rule off stops new items and keeps the ones already created. The summary is for the current child and the current school year. Read the week (Monday to Sunday), the calendar month, or the calendar quarter, and compare it with the previous period. You get the completion rate, how much was fully or partly done, overdue and excused counts, the average, the grade counts, planned and actual minutes, corrections, and each subject’s rate, average, minutes, and weekly goal. The subject with the lowest average is marked as the one that needs attention. Excused work is not overdue and is left out of the completion rate. There is no account and no upload. Records stay on this phone.Read more
