Stayquire

Stayquire is a design tool for short-term rental hosts. Name a house, then turn your own room photos and the notes you write into a guest page you can save to Photos or share. Pages are made one at a time and kept with that house in Guides. You can add another page later, or remake a page you already saved. An optional house cover places the house name on one room photo. What you can make • Arrival — check-in and first-night notes. Add an entry photo only if you want one. • Appliance — how to use one machine. Add that machine's photo only if you want it on the page. • House rules — quiet hours, trash, parking, and the other lines you wrote. This page uses your text. Tighten copy can shorten those lines so they fit the card. • Amenity — only the extras you listed. A photo is optional. • A page you name — up to four extra topics, each with its own title. A photo is optional. How the pages stay honest You supply every room, machine, and sentence. Stayquire arranges that material into a portrait page. It does not add furniture, rooms, or amenities you left out. A page is a picture for your guests. It is not a door key, a lock code, or an admission pass. Finished covers and pages stay on this iPhone. You can delete them from Guides. Creating a page uses image generation from the photo and text you submit for that page. Tighten copy sends the house-rule text you submit so it can be shortened. Stayquire is independent. It does not take bookings and it is not affiliated with any rental marketplace. Host Pass Host Pass is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Lengths are 7 days, 30 days, 180 days, and 365 days.
