Designed for parents and caregivers, the app combines a parenting calendar, care log, handoff records, child information, optional parent sharing, iCloud sync, and PDF or CSV exports in one private workspace. PLAN PARENTING TIME Create plans for parenting time, child handoffs, calls, appointments, school activities, and other care events. View upcoming plans in a monthly calendar and filter them by the parent who created them. RECORD WHAT HAPPENED Complete a planned event or add a care record directly. Save the actual time, outcome, location, notes, and photos. Submitted records are locked to maintain a clear and reliable history. REVIEW EVENT HISTORY View a chronological timeline of plans, completed events, edits, corrections, supplements, and status changes. Filter records by date range or creator. Export a detailed PDF report for review and documentation, or export a CSV file with one row per record for use in spreadsheets. KEEP CHILD INFORMATION ORGANIZED Store important information separately from calendar events, including: * Health information * School contacts * Emergency details * Priority notes PRIVATE LOCAL STORAGE AND ICLOUD SYNC Your records are saved locally on your device first. When signed in to the same Apple Account, private iCloud sync through Apple CloudKit helps back up your data and keep records aligned across your own iPhone and iPad. Your information is not public and is not visible to other users by default. OPTIONAL PARENT SHARING Invite one other parent to view records for selected children and categories. While sharing remains active, new records within the selected scope are automatically available to them without sending a new invitation for every update. You can stop sharing at any time. Once sharing ends, the other parent can no longer access the shared content. CALENDAR INTEGRATION Browse a clear fact timeline and add planned events to calendars already available on your iPhone.
