NutriKin: Know Your Food

NutriKin checks food for everyone you feed. Add your family members with their allergies and health needs. Then scan a product's barcode, or photograph its label, and NutriKin scores it for each person in plain language, with the reasons behind every score. FAMILY PROFILES Add each person's age, sex, height and weight, conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol, allergies (including your own custom ones) and daily goals. Everyone in your family sees the same profiles on their own iPhone. INSTANT SCORES Every product gets a score from 0 to 100 for each person, with a clear Okay, Caution or Avoid and the reasons. Products that contain someone's allergen are always flagged, and missing ingredient or nutrition information is never treated as safe. INGREDIENT ALERTS AND GRADES See additives and ingredients widely advised to limit, explained simply, with quantities where the label states them. Nutri-Score and NOVA processing grades are included, with a short explanation of what they mean. BETTER ALTERNATIVES When a product isn't a good fit, NutriKin suggests real products that score better for everyone in your family. NO BARCODE? NO PROBLEM Photograph the pack or upload a photo. NutriKin reads the label on your iPhone, and you confirm the name, ingredients and nutrition before anything is scored. WEIGHT AND DAILY INTAKE PLANS For adults, see a healthy weight range from BMI and a suggested daily calorie target you can save as a goal. OPTIONAL AI HELP - Ask questions about a scanned product or get a day of meal ideas for each person, sized to their plan and free of their allergens. On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence this runs privately on the device. - Estimate a meal's calories from a photo of your plate, measuring the plate with the camera or letting the AI estimate its size. Some AI features use your own key for Claude, OpenAI, Grok or Gemini, and are entirely optional. - Every AI answer stays within food and nutrition, and the app double-checks allergies itself. HISTORY Your family's scans are kept in one shared history, one entry per product. Product information comes from Open Food Facts, a free, community-built food database. Product data and AI estimates can be incomplete or wrong, so always check the package label, especially for allergies. You can delete your account and data at any time inside the app.
