About
Pocket Opex helps small delivery teams keep vehicle availability, delivery progress and recorded costs together. Owners manage fleet records and finances, while workers see available jobs and the work they have taken. Give each delivery a clear plan. Add the pickup and destination, choose a vehicle, set the schedule and enter the order amount. Include instructions, a reference and extra checklist items when a job needs them. Open, active, completed and cancelled orders stay separate, so you can return to the right record without mixing current work with history. Workers take an available order and follow its stages from collecting the goods to confirming delivery. The next stage stays visible, completed stages keep their timestamps, and work notes and photos add context to the job. A worker and a vehicle can each have one active order at a time. If a worker leaves the fleet, another worker can continue the handover order with completed stages preserved. Keep vehicle records useful throughout the working day. Save a vehicle's name, registration and notes, see its related orders and expenses, and mark it ready or in maintenance. Archive a vehicle when it is no longer in use and restore it when needed. These are availability records you update yourself; Pocket Opex does not track a vehicle's location. Record costs while the details are still clear. Enter an amount and date, choose a category such as fuel, maintenance or tolls, and link the expense to an order or vehicle. Add a note and a receipt image so the cost has a useful record behind it. You can edit an expense or remove an incorrect entry. Review completed-order revenue, recorded expenses and the difference between them for this month, last month or all time. Unpaid completed orders are shown separately across all dates. Open a financial total to inspect the records behind it, then mark a completed order as paid when the full payment has been received. Recording payment does not change when the delivery counts as revenue. Share a financial PDF for the selected period or save it to Files. The report brings together the recorded totals, completed orders and expense rows, with the fleet's currency and time zone. It gives you a dated summary to discuss with your business team without copying figures from separate screens. Keep access within your team. Workers request to join with a six-character invitation code, and the owner approves each request. Order amounts, expenses and financial reports are visible only to the owner. Access is linked to the account on your device; an invitation code cannot restore a lost account or recover ownership of a fleet. An internet connection is required to load fleet records and save changes. Financial figures reflect the orders and expenses entered in the app. Mark Paid is a manual record of a payment received elsewhere; Pocket Opex does not transfer money, connect to a bank or calculate taxes.Read more
