About
Pain Another Time is a private pain diary that lives entirely on your device. Log a painful episode in under a minute — mark the spot on an interactive body map, set intensity 0–10, pick the character of the pain, and note what was happening around it. • Interactive body map with 40 tappable regions, front and back • Fast episode logging: intensity, type, context, sleep, mood and relief • Pain Timeline showing daily peaks, notes and photos over time • Body Heatmap revealing which regions carry the most burden • Weekly pacing plan with load budget, planned sessions and rest days • Plain, non-diagnostic observations computed from your own records • Clinician Export builds a readable report plus a data file to share • Breath Drift, a two-minute paced breathing playfield for a flare • Face ID or Touch ID lock, daily check-in reminder Everything stays local. There is no account, no login, no sync, and no network call of any kind. Your diary lives in local storage on your phone, identified only by an anonymous device identifier. Exports are files you choose to share yourself, through the system share sheet. The app never diagnoses, never names conditions, and never suggests treatment. Every computed observation is phrased as a description of what you typed, states how many records it rests on, and sits beside a clear reminder that this is a self-observation tool, not a substitute for professional medical care. Available in Indonesian and English, switchable anytime in Settings. Who it's for: • Anyone tracking recurring back pain, migraines, joint pain or an injury • People who want a clear history to bring to a doctor or physiotherapist • Anyone pacing activity around a flare-prone condition Pain Another Time asks nothing of you beyond honest logging, and gives back a clear picture of your own pattern over time.Read more
