WFO Tracker

Meet your return-to-office target with zero stress. WFO Tracker is the privacy-first, automated office attendance companion designed for hybrid professionals. Whether your company requires 40%, 50%, or a custom number of days in the office, WFO Tracker ensures every single visit counts accurately toward your goal. AUTOMATIC & EFFORTLESS ATTENDANCE • Smart Office Geofencing: Configure your work location and radius. As soon as you arrive, your office day is automatically recorded in real time. • Live Commute Status: See live status indicators tracking when you depart home, arrive at work, leave the office, and return home. • Flexible Manual Controls: Easily log past visits or adjust timestamps with intuitive one-tap commute triggers and full-day manual entries. FAIR & ACCURATE WFO MATHEMATICS Most attendance spreadsheets get the math wrong by penalizing you for holidays. WFO Tracker calculates compliance fairly: • Automatic Weekday Calculation: Computes actual business days (Mon–Fri) for every month. • Dedicated PH & Leave Deductions: Log Public Holidays, Annual Leave, and Sick Days so they are deducted from your required working days. • Real Formula: % in Office = (Days in Office ÷ Actual Working Days) × 100. • Target Indicators: Instantly see whether your attendance is on track, near target, or below policy requirements. DETAILED DAY-BY-DAY BREAKDOWNS • Interactive Summary Tiles: Tap on the "In Office" tile to inspect every specific date counted towards your total, including commute durations. • Leave Breakdown: Tap on the "PH/Leave" tile to view all logged public holidays and personal leave days by category. • Multi-Month History: Review rolling monthly trends and performance across previous months. 100% PRIVACY-FIRST & ON-DEVICE • Your location data belongs to you. All geofencing and coordinate checks happen strictly on your iPhone. • No account registration required. • No tracking, no external servers, and zero data sold to third parties. Take the guesswork out of hybrid work and stay confident in your compliance with WFO Tracker.
