About

Open it the moment a craving hits. CraveQ helps you ride out food cravings and reshape eating habits instead of white-knuckling calorie counts. It brings together behavior-change methods reported in research into one app. WHEN A CRAVING HITS, TAP THE RED BUTTON Rate the wave (1–10) and tap your mood. Pick one of four tools, then rate the wave again afterwards. • Block tracking, 3 min: memorize the order the blocks light up and tap them back. Blocks overwrite the food image in your head • Pore cleaning, 3 min: slowly pull plugs from a 3D nose with tweezers. Focus your fingertips and pull your attention away from food • Urge surfing, 10 min: 4-7-8 breathing (in 4, hold 7, out 8) with singing bowl, mokugyo and temple-bell sounds while you watch the wave pass • Future imagery: picture yourself 5 minutes after eating it, and 3 months from now, in your own words SEE YOUR TRIGGERS Log your mood with one tap and CraveQ shows patterns such as "it's tiredness, not hunger" or "3–6 pm is your peak", with alternatives for each mood. Compare which tool lowers your wave the most, using your own data. 5 MINUTES OF DAILY TRAINING • Go/No-Go: tap the vegetables, hold back on the cake. Weakens the reflex to reach for high-calorie food • Eating pace: tap each bite. It warns you when you're too fast and helps you stretch a meal to 20 minutes COUNT ONLY FIBER Instead of subtracting calories, add fiber. Pick from about 60 foods. Swap ideas (white rice → barley rice) and fixes for common barriers are included. IF-THEN PLANS Decide in advance — "If I want a snack at 3 pm, then a glass of sparkling water" — and get a reminder at that time. BUILT TO KEEP GOING • Your streak and the last 7 days • A first-48-hour challenge that adjusts how much to do based on how it goes • A weekly check on how you think about eating OTHER • Switch between English and Japanese in the app • No account, no ads, no network. All records stay on your device • Free CraveQ is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are under treatment or concerned about your eating, weight or mood, please consult your healthcare provider.Read more
