Hydroveil

Hydroveil is designed for tracking and viewing information about your aquariums, water bowls, or ponds. You can create a profile for each tank, recording details such as water type, approximate volume, setup date, current inhabitants, and installed equipment. The home screen summarizes the tank you are currently focusing on, displaying the time of the last water change or test, pending tasks, and specific readings you have pinned for quick reference. Activities such as water testing, feeding, water changes, equipment maintenance, expenses, and observations can be logged chronologically. The water testing page stores the values you enter and displays them alongside your preset reference ranges; the app does not assess water safety or provide husbandry advice. The "Plan" page lists routine tasks—such as water changes, cleaning, and equipment checks—by date. You can use built-in scheduling templates or define your own cycles. Once a task is completed, you can easily create a corresponding log entry. The "Log" page allows you to browse all records chronologically and filter them by type. The "Trends" page summarizes water change frequency, task completion status, expenses, and maintenance time over your chosen timeframe, while also plotting changes in selected parameters. The "Tools" page offers common calculations—such as volume estimation, chemical dilution, and water change ratios—with results provided for reference only. App data is stored locally on your device. Upon first launch, the app loads a sample dataset (which can be deleted at any time) to help you familiarize yourself with the interface. Settings allow you to customize units, currency symbols, the start day of the week, notification preferences, and more. Hydroveil is ideal for hobbyists who already track data via spreadsheets or manual logs and wish to consolidate that information on their mobile phones; it is not a substitute for water testing equipment or professional husbandry guidance.
