PLAN YOUR WEEK See your upcoming sessions, request new times and ask to amend a booking. Ksania reviews requests before confirming them. An available prepaid package credit is required to request a new session. KEEP YOUR FOOD JOURNAL Take or choose a meal photo, add notes and log nutrition values yourself. Your journal helps you and Ksania keep the conversation going between sessions. MAKE TIME TO RECOVER Request studio sauna time and keep recovery plans alongside your training schedule. STAY CONNECTED Send private questions, review replies, check your available package sessions and add confirmed sessions to your calendar. KASA is for clients training with Ksania. A studio invitation and account approval are required. Training sessions and sauna services are booked separately from downloading the app.
