About
Running a hunting lease shouldn't take a group text, three spreadsheets, and a whiteboard at camp. LeaseBOSS is built for the way small clubs actually work. The manager sets up the property, the stands, the rules and the dues. Members join with an invite code and handle the rest themselves. STANDS ON A MAP Every stand pinned on satellite imagery, colored so you can read the whole property at a glance: green is open, brass is yours, orange means somebody is sitting in it right now. Reserve morning, evening or all day. Set how far ahead members can book and how many hunts they get a week — the app enforces the rules so you're not the bad guy. YOUR LEASE LINE Draw the boundary by tapping the corners, by walking it with the phone in your hand, or by importing the KML or GPX you already have from onX or Google Earth. It gives you the acreage as you go. Turn on county property lines when you need to see where the neighbor starts — your lease line is the one the members agreed to, which is often not the same thing. WHO'S IN THE WOODS One tap to check in. Everyone sees who's on the property and which stand, in real time, and the app reminds you to check out after dark. It's the screen your members will open most, and it's a safety feature first. Two people can't end up in the same stand. WORK THAT ACTUALLY GETS DONE Assign feeder fills, camera cards, food plots and repairs, or leave them open to claim. Set a job to repeat and the next one creates itself. Members finish with a photo. Feeder tasks log corn by the pound so you can see what the season really cost. WORK WEEKENDS Post the date, everyone RSVPs, attendance is tracked. CAMP CHAT Photos and conversation for the whole camp, plus a manager-only announcements channel so the gate code doesn't get buried under trail cam pictures. Anybody sitting a stand doesn't get buzzed. HARVEST LOG AND DUES Log the animal with a photo, tag number and stand. Set an 8-point minimum or a doe limit and the app flags what's outside the rules. Set season dues once and track who's paid — members see only their own balance. NO SIGNAL, NO PROBLEM Check in, finish a task and log a harvest with zero bars. It saves on your phone and sends itself when you're back in service. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Stand locations are visible only to active members of your lease. Members are always free — the lease subscribes. Camp (12 members) $59/yr · Club (40) $129/yr · Ranch (unlimited, multi-property) $299/yr. 30-day free trial. hello@leaseboss.app Privacy Policy: https://leaseboss.app/privacy Terms of Use (EULA): https://leaseboss.app/terms.htmlRead more
