Inavate Media designs and makes custom fine jewelry for the trade. You bring the idea — a sketch, a photograph, a stone, a client's brief. We turn it into a CAD design, render it, revise it with you until it is right, and produce the finished piece. This app is how you follow all of that from your phone, without an email thread for every question. It is for our existing clients: jewelers, designers and retailers we already work with. You will need an account with us to sign in. FOLLOW EVERY ORDER See exactly where each piece stands — in design, in CAD, in production, or ready for you. Anything waiting on you is gathered under one chip, so nothing stalls because a question went unnoticed. Orders you have forwarded to your own client are marked as such. APPROVE DESIGNS FROM YOUR PHONE Review CAD renders and 3D models as soon as they are ready. Turn the model, look at it from any angle, measure it, check wall thickness, try a different metal or stone on a single part. Approve it, or pin a revision note to the exact place on the model you mean. EVERY SPEC, ON THE RECORD Each revision carries its order report: category, size, finish, stamping, metal weights, and every stone group with its shape, cut, colour, clarity and whether it is lab grown or natural. Price the same design either way before you commit. START A NEW COMMISSION Brief us in a few steps: the idea, a past piece to work from, the details, the stones, the metals, your reference photos. Pick a ring size on a real quarter-size ruler rather than guessing at a number. BILLING WITHOUT THE BACK AND FORTH Open invoices and receipts live in the app. Pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout, or tell us a wire, Zelle or PayPal transfer is coming and we will be expecting it. Every invoice opens as a PDF you can save or forward. TALK TO THE STUDIO A thread per order, so a question about one piece stays with that piece. Notifications tell you when a design lands, a message arrives or an invoice is ready. YOUR WORK STAYS YOURS No advertising, no analytics, no third-party tracking.
