MailSenda

MailSenda is an email client for iPhone and iPad that connects directly to your existing IMAP and SMTP servers. The app interface is available in Polish and English, with a language switch in Settings. MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS • A unified inbox and quick account switching. • Expandable accounts with standard mail folders. • Tap a sender avatar to toggle read/unread; tap the summary to open a message. • Select messages, change their read status and move them to each account’s trash. • Quick local search and server search for older messages. COMPOSE AND ORGANIZE Write, reply and forward with CC, BCC and attachments. Preview PDFs, images and other system-supported formats in the app without saving them to Files. Give each account its own HTML signature with paste, import and preview. Save contacts and import only those you choose in the system picker. Save and manage local drafts. BACKUP AND MIGRATION Export accounts, settings, passwords, signatures and contacts into a backup protected by a separate password. Optionally include local drafts and downloaded messages. Restore missing accounts and contacts on another iPhone or iPad. PRIVACY Account passwords are stored in the device Keychain. We do not operate a mail proxy server. The app has no ads or third-party analytics SDKs. REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SCOPE Requires iOS/iPadOS 17 and an existing account supporting IMAP and SMTP over implicit TLS, usually ports 993 and 465. STARTTLS, Google/Microsoft OAuth and Exchange are not supported. Downloads 160 recent headers per folder by default and refreshes while the app is in use. A separate server-search button searches the full history of the selected folder or all account inboxes, showing up to 100 newest matches per folder. Optional local notifications and background checks can be enabled in Settings. The system decides when background checks run, so alerts may be delayed. Push notifications and full background history sync are not available. HTML retains formatting, links and attached images. Internet HTTPS images are shown by default and can be disabled per message. Image servers receive the request and IP address. Drafts composed in MailSenda remain on the device. Moving messages requires UID MOVE; permanently deleting selected trash messages requires UIDPLUS or IMAP4rev2. Explore the interface without an account using the built-in demo.
