Trucker Diary is the logbook built for professional drivers on European roads. Dark, glove-friendly, one-handed — designed to be used in the cab, between deliveries, not at a desk. TODAY — YOUR INSTRUMENT PANEL One tap switches between the four tachograph modes from Regulation (EU) 165/2014: Driving, Other Work, Availability (POA) and Rest. A giant clock, your current status and a live break countdown — every status change takes under three seconds, even with gloves on. Editable timeline of the whole day. WEEK — HOURS UNDER CONTROL Your driving and work time against the real EU 561/2006 limits: 9h daily driving (10h twice a week), the 45-minute break after 4.5 hours, 11h daily rest, 45h weekly rest, 56h per week and 90h per fortnight — plus the Working Time Directive 48h average. When something breaks a rule, you see it in red with a plain-language explanation of which rule and when. JOBS & CLIENTS Track every load: client, job reference, CMR number, rate (hourly, per km, per load). Log trips with routes, distances, countries crossed and ferry or train tickets. Loading and delivery stops with timestamps, CMR references and photo evidence — seals, damage at loading, paperwork. MONEY Expenses with per-country VAT presets and toll systems (Toll Collect, Eurovignette, e-vignettes), receipt photos, monthly totals by category and client. Income per job with invoiced vs paid status. For employee drivers: personal on-road costs only. DOCUMENT WALLET Driving licence, CQC/DQC card, tacho driver card, ADR, insurance, vehicle inspection and tacho calibration — all expiry-tracked with 90, 60 and 30-day reminders, so nothing catches you at a roadside check.
