Teciforp Mail

Teciforp Mail is the mail app of Teciforp, the platform for construction companies. Each company signs up at teciforp.eu and creates its corporate mailboxes; its team uses them here, on the iPhone. Sign in with your platform account or with a mailbox address and password, in the same form, and you see exactly the mailboxes your company has given you. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Read all your mailboxes in one inbox, "Todas las bandejas", or each mailbox on its own: pick it in the header, next to the filter (All, Unread, With attachments, Starred, This month). In the shared inbox every message shows the colour and name of the mailbox it arrived at. • Choose how the list looks: compact, normal or wide; with or without the text preview, avatars and dividers. • Switch folders from the side menu: Inbox, Archive, Sent, Drafts, Scheduled, Spam, Trash and your own. • Open the full message with its attachments and conversation, and see which mailbox received it. External images load according to your setting — always, on request or never — and you can allow them for a sender. • Reply from the right mailbox: the app proposes the mailbox the message arrived at, shows it large in its colour and warns you if you pick another one. • Write, reply and forward with formatting, signature and templates; attach files from the phone or from Files. When forwarding, attachments go with the message. • Schedule sending and undo it for the seconds you choose: "Undo" brings the message back to the editor as it was. • Archive, mark as read, move to Spam or Trash and snooze a message with a swipe. • Search all mailboxes on the server, with sender, subject, attachment and date conditions. • New-mail alerts with "Reply", "Archive" and "Mark read" without opening the app, turned on and off per mailbox. • Files: incoming attachments stay in the company's files; sort them into folders and send them to the platform module the server suggests. You can also upload files and scan paper documents to PDF. • Events: birthdays, anniversaries and key dates, with today's tasks and a templated greeting. • Face ID or Touch ID lock. "Show password" while typing it. • Five languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, Russian and Ukrainian. PERMISSIONS, NO SURPRISES • On first launch the app asks for two permissions, one at a time and saying why: notifications (new-mail alerts) and camera (scanning documents). If you say no, mail works the same. • Face ID is only requested if you turn on the lock in Settings. PRIVACY, SPECIFICALLY • Your password is not stored on the phone. Only the session is kept, in the system keychain and only on this phone: it does not travel to backups or other devices. • A new-mail alert does NOT carry the message text: the server sends only identifiers and the phone fetches the content with your session. • Alerts arrive through Google's notification service (Firebase Cloud Messaging). The app has no ads and no tracking tools. • Signing out deletes from the phone what it had stored. WHAT YOU NEED Your company registered at teciforp.eu and a platform account, or a corporate mailbox with its password. If you don't have access to any mailbox yet, the app tells you so clearly instead of showing an empty inbox.
