About
Cairn is a perimenopause symptom tracker built around one thing the others get wrong: logging a hot flash at the moment it happens. ONE TAP, WHEN IT HAPPENS Press the button the moment a flare starts. It saves straight away, before you are asked anything. Intensity, what came with it, a note: all optional, always, and you can add them later or never. IT ADDS UP TO SOMETHING One flare tells you nothing. Ninety of them, clustered between two and four in the morning, tell you something you can act on. Cairn shows you your time of day, your flares per day, and one plain-language finding, or says plainly that there is no clear pattern yet instead of inventing one. GO BACK AS FAR AS YOU LIKE Perimenopause is recognised by looking backwards. Add to any past day, with no 30-day limit, because the months that did not look like the others are exactly the ones that matter. BUILT TO BE READ 17pt text minimum, high contrast, and a button big enough to hit at 3am. Not an accessibility setting. The default. TAKE IT TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS Export a summary and a CSV for your clinician. Cairn also links to The Menopause Society's own directory of certified menopause practitioners. We are not paid for that link and rank no one. IT STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No adverts. No analytics. No servers. Cairn makes no network requests at all, so there is nothing to send anywhere and no one to sell it to. Nothing leaves your phone until you export it yourself. FREE, AND PAID ONCE Logging, history and backdating are free forever. A single payment unlocks the patterns and the clinician export. Not a subscription. Cairn has no servers to pay for, so there is nothing to charge you rent for. Cairn does not give medical advice and contains no AI. It counts what you tell it, and shows you the shape of it.Read more
