Offler Staff is the app for the team of a venue partnered with Offler: receive guest requests, reply to them and confirm visits right from your phone. WHAT'S INSIDE • Guest requests in real time: discount or VIP service, date, number of guests, budget. • Reply in two taps: accept the terms, send a counter-offer or decline. • Bookings for today and ahead: who, when, how many guests, on what terms. • Visit confirmation by the guest's QR code or booking code. • Chat with the guest about every offer. • Insights about the guest and the request so you can reply profitably. • Several venues on one account, with switching. A manager adds an employee in the venue dashboard and grants access to the actions they need. HOW TO SIGN IN Sign in with the phone number added by your venue manager: the app sends a confirmation code. There is no separate sign-up — the partner venue creates the employee account.
