Tournio Kit

Tournio Kit runs the whole poker tournament from one phone: the blind structure, the clock, the floor and the payouts. STRUCTURE Build a blind schedule from the Turbo, Standard or Deepstack templates, or level by level with antes, breaks and level lengths. The chip calculator turns a starting stack into a dealable set of chips, and the colour-up schedule tells you when to race off each denomination before the blinds outgrow it. CLOCK A tournament clock with a one-minute warning, level-change chimes and an alert when a level ends while the phone is in your pocket. Presentation mode fills the screen for the room, and the shot clock times each action with time banks and a five-second countdown. FLOOR Register players with rebuys, add-ons and bounties. Draw seats at random, keep tables balanced, break a table when the room allows and log every move. The floor map shows who is sitting where; the ruling log records every call with table, player, penalty and whether it has been served. PAYOUTS Prize pools that handle rake, bounty pools and add-ons correctly. Top-heavy, standard or flat payout shapes for any number of places. When the final table wants a deal, the Deal Maker works out ICM, a chip chop or an even split, with money held back for the winner. RESULTS A results ledger for every event, exported as text or as a CSV for spreadsheets. Group events into a series with classic, linear or podium points and a live leaderboard. Career stats total every event you have run: fields, prize pools, champions and your favourite format. ACADEMY Learn the director's craft: topics with quizzes across structure, timing, seating, payouts, rules and disputes, a daily scenario, a floor-rules reference and a glossary — with a competency radar that fills in as you go. Tournio Kit deals no cards and handles no money. It does everything else, so you can run the room. Requires iOS 17 or later. iPhone only.
