About
Learn English grows with the person using it. A three-year-old meets the letter M and hears the sound it makes. A six-year-old sounds out “cat” and reads a story with no word in it they have not been taught. A nine-year-old reads a fable and answers questions about it. An adult looks up the difference between “who” and “whom”. You choose who is learning when you first open it, and the whole app changes to suit them. There are no accounts, no adverts, no streaks and no notifications nagging anyone to come back. Nothing is collected, and nothing leaves the device. FOR AGES 3–5 — not reading yet • All 26 letters, each with its sound, its name and words that start with it • The sound before the name, deliberately: a child who learns "bee, ay, tee" cannot read "bat", and a child who learns "buh, a, tuh" can • Five pages on the vowels, short and long • Every screen speaks. Nothing asks a child to read an instruction • No score and no wrong answer. A wrong tap simply tries again FOR AGES 5–7 — sounding words out • Twelve word families, five letter pairs like sh and ch, four groups of blends, magic e • The 100 most common words in English, roughly half of everything they will read • Ten short stories built only from the sounds and words already taught • Ten traditional rhymes FOR AGES 7–10 — reading alone • Twenty-four first-grammar pages: naming, doing and describing words, singular and plural, pronouns, tense, a and an, is/am/are • Capital letters, full stops, question marks and commas • Ten fables retold from Aesop, the Panchatantra and the Jataka, each with questions that need the story to have been understood FOR AGES 10 AND UP — the full reference • 234 pages across 96 topics: articles, tenses, prepositions, active and passive voice, reported speech, conditionals, modal verbs, punctuation and common mistakes • Pronunciation with proper phonetic symbols, including the three sounds of -ed and the three sounds of -s that most learners get wrong • Everyday English for work, the shops, the phone and email • Formal and informal English side by side • Practice sets where every answer explains why it is the answer • A thirty-day plan if you would rather be told what to do next WHAT IT LINES UP WITH The children's lessons cover NCERT / CBSE English for Classes 1–5 and CEFR Pre-A1 to A2. This is an alignment written by the people who wrote the lessons — no board has reviewed or approved this app, and none is claimed to have. FOR PARENTS • Settings, the legal pages and the age setting all sit behind a question a young child cannot answer • A weekly summary showing which days were used and what was done — worked out on your iPhone and never sent anywhere • It counts effort, never a score. Nothing here tells you your child got 62% right PRIVACY The app collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no advertising identifier, no crash reporting. Progress and settings never leave the device. Questions and corrections: support@sudhi.inRead more

Practice quizzes are fixed. Active and Passive Voice and Writing and Email now ask every question in their answer key, and Speaking Prompts opens as a page to read aloud. Siri and Shortcuts now stay at the learner's level: Today's lesson comes from their own lessons. Vibration feedback now follows the switch in Settings, and Contact support shows the email address when no mail app is set up.
