CreatorKit: Brand Deals

Brand deals, run like a business. CreatorKit is a private business app for creators who work with brands. It tracks every deal from the first pitch to the final payment, reminds you when a brand pays late and makes invoices that follow your country's rules. You don't need an account and it never takes a cut. Your deals stay on your iPhone. FROM MESSAGE TO DEAL IN SECONDS Share an offer from Mail or a DM, paste it, or pick a screenshot. CreatorKit reads the brand, fee, currency, deliverables, dates and terms on your phone and sets up the deal for you. GET PAID ON TIME • Payments ledger for advances, balances and tax withheld • Reminders when a payment is 3, 10 and 21 days late • Ready-to-send follow-ups, from polite to firm to final • A restated invoice with late-payment charges where the law allows them (UK, EU) INVOICES THAT FIT YOUR COUNTRY Invoices carry the tax labels, IDs and payment details your country expects, and they are checked before you send them. Rules are built in for 28 countries and 14 EU countries, and any other country works with neutral wording and its own currency. PROTECT YOUR WORK • A deal memo with the deliverables, fee, usage rights, exclusivity, revisions and payment terms, so the brand confirms in writing • Revision rounds counted against what was included, with a message asking for a fee when they run over • Usage rights with end dates and reminders • Exclusivity by category, with a warning before two deals clash KNOW YOUR MONEY • Cash received, money still owed and your open pipeline at a glance • "Safe to spend" after setting tax aside • Tax dates for your country, with reminders • A yearly tax report as a PDF and a spreadsheet: a working summary for you or your accountant, not tax advice • Foreign-currency deals with totals in your own currency A BRAND LEDGER See how late each brand paid last time and how many revisions it asked for, add private notes, and get a warning before you take the next deal. A MEDIA KIT THAT PROVES ITSELF Build a media kit from beautiful templates and export it as a PDF or an image. Once you have real deals behind you, it shows your on-time delivery record. ALSO INSIDE • Rate calculator priced for your market, with extra for usage, exclusivity and rush jobs • Ad-disclosure checklist for your country • Message templates in English, Hinglish, Spanish and Portuguese • Home Screen widgets and Siri: "What am I owed?" • Act on a reminder straight from the notification • Face ID lock, plus backup and restore to Files PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your deals, brands, amounts and notes are stored only on your iPhone. CreatorKit has no account and no server of its own. Screenshots are read on the device. CREATORKIT PRO The free plan covers up to 3 active deals and includes ads.
