About

Lemone is a professional palm crown-work planning instrument built for arborists and palm keepers who take drop safety seriously. Before a single frond comes down, Lemone walks you through every variable that matters: crown height, trunk lean, petiole length, ground slope, and wind — then builds a computed drop footprint so you can see exactly what is and is not in the fall zone. Crown Read gives you the full frond ladder from spear to skirt. Tap to mark each frond for removal, cycle its class — green, yellowing, dead, nut bunch — and watch the retention bar update in real time. The engine enforces species-specific leaf-area thresholds, flags crown defects that may stop work entirely, and reads trunk-profile pathologies that constrain how deep the cut order can go. When you have marked your candidates, Drop Plan shows the wind-offset footprint circle plotted against named ground targets — cabana, parked car, paved path — each ranked inside, graze, or clear. The cut order Lemone issues is not a guess. Dead fronds come first (they fall free and clear your sightline), bunches come last (nothing goes under a stem with fruit on it), and within each class the engine sends the frond whose drop bearing points farthest from the worst hazard first. Every item in the list carries its estimated fall mass and drop bearing, and one plain-English sentence explains its place in the sequence. When the order is right, issue the label — a printed cut-order card filed in the Labels archive and saved to your photo library. Lemone works entirely offline. No account, no subscription, no network connection required. All records stay on your device or in your private iCloud. Nine palm species are modelled — Coconut, Royal, Queen, Betel nut, Date, Foxtail, Sugar, Cane, and Oil palm — with species-specific crown geometry, petiole mass, nut load, and retention minimums built in. A built-in Palm Library and Defect Key give you on-site reference exactly when you need it.Read more
