About

NEXT is the mobile companion for Tauga's guided career coaching program. It turns career coaching into a structured, self-paced path: a sequence of modules you work through in your own time, each built from short exercises, guided reflections and personal summaries that build on everything you have already done. YOUR TRACK IS MATCHED TO YOU After a short intake questionnaire, NEXT places you on the coaching track that fits where you are right now: - Career Direction - nine modules, from what drives you through to a finished work plan. - Career Direction (Short) - the same nine subjects in a condensed path. - Job Search - eight modules covering your target role, self-mapping, resume writing, LinkedIn, interviews, assessment centers, search methods and your weekly search plan. WHAT A MODULE LOOKS LIKE Every module opens with a short orientation and closes with a summary of what you produced. In between you will: - Rate, sort and map yourself across interests, strengths, skills and motivations. - Answer focused writing prompts and reflect on what came back. - Watch short videos and listen to guided audio narration. - Review a personal summary of your answers before moving on. TOOLS THAT COME OUT OF THE WORK - Compass - a single personal summary that pulls together your interests, strengths, future picture and blockers. - Resume - build your resume inside the app and export it as a document. - Interview practice - record your answers to real interview questions and play them back. - Work plan - turn your decision into goals and a step-by-step task list with target dates. BUILT FOR HEBREW AND ENGLISH The entire app, including every exercise and summary, is available in Hebrew and English with full right-to-left support. Switch languages at any time. YOUR PROGRESS IS ALWAYS SAVED Everything you write is saved to your account as you go, so you can stop mid-exercise and pick up exactly where you left off. Your answers and progress are visible to the coordinators and coaches at the organization running your program, so they can support you along the way. ACCESS NEXT is for participants in a Tauga coaching program. You will receive an invitation from your organization to set up your account - the app cannot be used without one.Read more
