FieldTripHQ

FieldTripHQ is the all-in-one app for running school field trips and overnight student travel. Plan the flights, charter buses, hotel rooms, itinerary, and tours, handle permission and payment, organize chaperones and rooming, and keep families in the loop with a Live Updates feed they actually follow. One place instead of a pile of permission-slip apps, spreadsheets, group chats, and email. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Build a full itinerary with per-day logistics: flights, coaches, hotels, and tours. - Assign travel legs so a student can be on a flight and a bus, not just one vehicle. - Organize hotel rooming and chaperone groups, with student-to-chaperone ratios. - Take fast headcounts at every stop and instantly see who is missing. - Give chaperones a staff-only card with allergies, medications, and emergency contacts for the students they lead. - Post photos and updates to a curated Live Updates feed for families. - Collect registrations without surprise convenience fees. WHAT FAMILIES SEE Parents and students see only what they need: their own schedule, their room and travel assignment, and your live updates. Sensitive information stays with authorized staff. BUILT TO BE DEPENDABLE Fast and reliable, and designed to keep working while you are on the road. Sign in with Apple, Google, Microsoft, or email. FREE TO START FieldTripHQ is free to set up. Any paid features are handled on the web, never through in-app purchase. Learn more at fieldtriphq.app
